First time customer and had to return item because, although shoes were the right size, they were not comfortable for me. Return policy swift and easy.

This is my first experience shopping at Zappos.com. The selections were excellent. The search options could be more specific. I was looking for ivory shoes, but I couldn't filter the results to streamline my search. The shoes arrived sooner than I expected in excellent condition. I am also impressed that there are no shipping charges and full refunds on returns within 365 days of purchase.

Really no problem except when I went to check out My husband and I use the same email account and it would not let me set another password with the same email address I found this very furstrating. Maybe passwords should not be set until check out/last screen.

Americans might stop buying stuff made in India if they could experience the shoppers satisfaction at Zappos. No they didn't pay me to write this. Ya'll have a good day now.

I was able to wear the Naot sandals all day the first time wearing. Definitely one of the most comfortable sandals around. I had to return the Dansko shoes and the return was effortless. I received the store credit the same week that the shoes were returned. Fantastic service. Have already placed another order. Thank you Zappos !!!

I WAS ABLE TO ORDER THE LAST PAIR OF SANDALS IN THE SIZE AND COLOR THAT I WANTED. EVEN THOUGH I INSTANTLY RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMING AND VERIFYING MY ORDER, I CALLED ZAPPOS, PROBABLY BECAUSE I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY GOOD FORTUNE! I WAS ASSURED THAT INDEED I HAD BEEN SUCCESSFUL, AND WAS ASSURED THEY WOULD BE DELIVERED AS SPECIFIED. AND THEY WERE, AND THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL! I HAD TRIED ANOTHER COMPANY AND AFTER WAITING TEN DAYS AND STILL NOT RECEIVING MY ORDER, I WAS F-I-N-A-L-L-Y TOLD THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK! I REMEMBERED ZAPPOS HAD A GOOD SELECTION OF CLARKS AND WHEN I FOUND THE SAME CLARKS SANDALS, IT WAS LIKE CHRISTMAS MORNING. I HAD TO PAY A HIGHER PRICE BUT THEN YOU DO NOT CHARGE SHIPPING EITHER RECEIVING OR RETURNING, IF NECESSARY, SO THAT WAS OKAY. SHOPPING AT ZAPPOS IS SO MUCH NICER FOR ME AS I HAVE REALLY BAD FEET. Zappos has good information, reviews, numerous photos, to make good on-line purchasing decisions. Their shipping is very fast and their returns are easy. I wear a size 11 shoe and shoe shop on-line because Zappos makes is very easy and reliable.
