My experience has been very good. My family is military at Coningsby, England, and the APO shipments have always arrived on time. I like not having to pay extra for shipments.

Your delivery of my purchases is GREAT, I ordered something on Tuesday and the next day it was at my door. I don't know how you do it but it is great. I ordered two pair of shoes for my grandson's and the next day they rec'd the items there both 7yrs old and even they couldn't believe it. I will continue to order items from Zappos and whenever someone will listen I will tell them to order from Zappos. Thanks again for your great service.

This is my first experience shopping at Zappos.com. The selections were excellent. The search options could be more specific. I was looking for ivory shoes, but I couldn't filter the results to streamline my search. The shoes arrived sooner than I expected in excellent condition. I am also impressed that there are no shipping charges and full refunds on returns within 365 days of purchase.

Really no problem except when I went to check out My husband and I use the same email account and it would not let me set another password with the same email address I found this very furstrating. Maybe passwords should not be set until check out/last screen.
