I was surprised at how quick my order was processed. I placed my order on a Sunday morning, and by that afternoon I had received an email telling me my order was ready to be shipped.

Everytime I got my packages, it always feels like receiving a gift!! And the whole process system from place a order to completed was esay, fast, clear and efficient!!! And Zazzle always Email me with the promotion code, so really helps me save a lots money, especially for business starter.
I do have suggestions for Zazzle that it will be great if there are more selections of Embroidery jacket & suit-coat.
Anyway, thank you Zazzle & I've love it!!!

I was amazed at how fast my order was shipped. I customized my purchase late one Friday night, expecting it to take at least 8-10 days before they would ship. I received it on my doorstep the following Tuesday. It was almost as if they delivered it themselves. I would defiantly purchase from this company again.

First order that was sent was missing several cards. Second order was still wrong. They had still not sent one of the original cards I had ordered, but just sent a second one from the first order. Also, I had ordered blank greeting cards, but the second order cards had "Here is space for your greeting", or something similar, printed inside them, making them useless to be able to use. I tried to phone the contact centre, but after over 10 minutes of being on hold I gave up, (I got a nice big phone bill for that call, seeing as it was an international call for me.) When I was eventually contacted by emails, I did not receive one apology. I would certainly NEVER use Zazzle again, and would advise others not to either. I have had much better customer service from Cafe Press.

I order on a Friday evening, my business cards were at my front door Monday morning.
The quality of the cards was superior. I expected them to be perfect - they were better.
I ordered from Staples the first time I needed cards and they took over a week.
I will use Zazzle for all my needs.

The products are very nicely done. The cards and calendars are of very professional quality. The only thing i dislike about the cards are the envelopes. You just can't tuck the flaps in without wrinkling or damaging the reast of the envelope. Otherwise the products are excellent.

Zazzle.com doesn't use real-time inventory, therefore the website allows you to order items that are in theory "In-Stock" just to find out days later that your entire order has not been and will not be shipped becuase the item/s out of stock. During the holiday season that is a killer! Never again

I am from the UK and had to buy a present for a birthday which I bought asking for express delivery and paid £15 for the priviledge.
It was sent standard shipping!! I emailed and got no reply. Then I phoned from the UK to USA - the agent lied to me saying it was not possible to track this order as it was going aboard. Yet, on their website, it states something completely different. I spent £15 for nothing. This is a bad company |

The products are excellent. I just don't like to shop where I can not register without giving my age (ask if you are over 18 or 21 and that should be enough)
I would suggest this outfit offer basic registration for most and more a complicated registration for those who plan to participate....send products or designs for possible use. They will never know the number of people who simply leave without saying anything. Any site should be user friendly, and not
far too inquisitive.

Zazzle produced a really excellent product. One of the pictures I'm 99.99% sure that I changed, but unfortunately the original picture showed up. Which isn't the end of the world, but otherwise, really good. Maybe a bug in their software? Anyway, a nice product otherwise.
