I purchased a radio from eborb and it arrived defective. After numerous contacts with their Customer service, I returned the item for a refund, which they said would be made in full. They refused to refund the original shipping and handling charges without explanation. When I had to contact them again about it, they lied and claimed the returned radio was not defective! I am out a total of over $17. in shipping for a cheap $13. radio. Watch out for this ratailer! While their delivery may be fast and accurate -if anything is wrong with the product, you will be ripped off.

I went to the eBorb site looking for a hard-to-find item. They not only had it in stock, but at an exceptionally good price. Because of time restraints, I requested 2-day shipping. eBorb called me to confirm the date that my item would be shipped, and it did arrive on the date expected. The eBorb website is difficult to navigate, but well worth the effort. I definitely recommend them.

reveived the product damaged,and had to try several times to contact the merchant.upon the merchant contacting me, i was able to return the product.i feel that the shipping charges for returning the damaged product($20.10)should not have been my responsibility.this will adversly affect all of my internet purchases in the future,if even i ever make any ever again.

I recently found eborb.com on the net while looking for items to sell in my new store and finding them was great they have amazing prices and always have the items that i need and if i have any questions about my orders there is always someone there to resolve anything that i need answers to. I still can't believe that they can sell at the prices they sell at it is just great. Finding a company that really cares about its customers is a hard thing to come accross.

My shopping experience with eborb has been a wonderful experience. My order arrived within 3 days of purchasing it.
Since my very first order, I have ordered from them 5 or 6 other times and the experiences just keep getting better and better! At one time, I though the shipping charges were way too high so I contacted their customer service and the very next day, the owner hiself called me back and explained the issue to me. Since then, they have lowered their shipping and got rid of the hidden shipping and handling cost of $2.50.
