I ordered 3 bras, 2 were shipped and have yet to receive them, it's been 2 weeks, also I am waiting to receive the 20% discount that needs to be reimbursed. I am also still waiting for the 3rd item to be shipped. Replacement items supposedly are being shipped????

I am still trying to understand the difference in UK & US sizes. I went on the US site ordered in US (I thought) sizes and received UK sizes. They seem to be smaller I have returned the purchase requesting a larger size. Its annoying why don't you have a size chart o we can order the correct size the first time.Put the customer 1st

Swimsuits are always difficult to fit for me. I am very petite and large breasted. I had to try the ones I thought would fit and kept one that was acceptable, but still had to shorten the shoulder straps. Figleaves is nice because I could return those that did not fit properly at all.

My shopping experience at figleaves was satisfactory. However, the bra I received was faulty. I sent the bras back, however, I have yet to hear from figleaves. Hopefully this issue will be resolved quickly, so far it has been two weeks.

I received bras in a very small size--apparently when I was prompted to add more informationthe size field returned to a default small size. I did not realize I had to re-enter all the information. I returned the merchandise but have not yet received my new merchandise or any confirmation that my return was recieved.

My shopping experience overall was pretty good. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was the time it took for my order to be processed and shipped--about two days or so. This was particularly annoying because I was going out of town and I received my item the day after I had left.

I was happy with the ease of ordering and receiving the item. Unfortunately it didn't fit properly and I had to return it. I would like to have seen the return process to be a bit faster - I returned the item on July 1st. Through mail tracking I saw it was received on July 11 (kind of slow with the US postal service - not your fault). But it took until July 21 to be notified that my return had been processed.
