You will never find true shipping rates on any other website anywhere like at IHERB. You also get 5 bucks off your 1st order with a coupon code at RETAIL ME NOT! IF you buy only 1 product it goes by weight like shipping should be,there are no handeling charges at all.The same products I buy at my health food store are on this website  for 80% cheaper. I am very happy about this find. Forget buying health products Ebay or Amazon,be sure to check IHERB 1st!

I do have to admit - when things go well with iherb.com, they are great.  When they don't, they are horrible.  Customer service is not designed to get to the bottom of what went wrong, and they don't give you full information. 

I have had a couple of orders not work out well over the years, and when that happened, I never got a straight answer about what really happened.  Recently, I logged in and all of my credit card information on file had dissapeared from file - it had always been kept on file before.  When I asked customer service what had happened, I got two non-answers that I was absolutely NOT satisfied with.  In these days of identity theft issues, that didn't sit right with me, so I canceled my account with them.

I was amazed that the package arrived to Japan in 4 or so ays after placing the order. Several years ago that wouldn't have been possible without express mail and extra fees. Tracking through Yamato was flawless. I plan to rely on iHerb in the future.

i had originally ordered 12 of the item in question. My order came up as only 11 available. I called customer service to inquire about the 12th item as there was a discount offered for ordering 12 or more. The person who spoke with me could not have been less helpful. No indication as to when new product would be availbale. No offer of the discount (since my order had been for the quantity reequired. Just a total lack of interest. I will order this product again. Just hope I never have to to anyone at there end in the future.
