New unit - great price. I had to call to make a correction to the credit card information (they had notified me that there was something wrong with the credit card and could not be processed. I had given them the incorrect expiration date.

After 10 days and 2 unanswered emails, I finally called PCNation to find out they stopped carrying this item. Guess they weren't going to bother telling me. Now I'm in a bind to get a replacement and they aren't going to help with that either.

The item was shipped via UPS. The outside carton was crushed on one side. Lucky my item was in good shape. This is not the first time I have shopped on line (different vendors) and received the shipment via UPS where the outer container was in poor shape. Vendors using UPS need to contact them about the care taken with their shipments.
