Ordered a copy of MS Office 2003 basic and student teacher versions. Both of the Software products was received just as described on their website.
The MS Office 2003 software was shrinkwrap in a CD sleeve and the MS Office 2003 Student / Teachers version was in the hard see through plastic case with the seal untampered with.

Both of the CD's worked perfectly and installation and activation went smoothly without a problem.

Softwaremedia had the best price and free shipping was a bonus.

I needed Microsoft Publisher 2003, just obsolete, and they were able to provide this. The service was prompt and the product was exactly as described. I was grateful that this particular product was still available. I had just been to a workshop on creating websites and Publisher 2003 is very easy to use.

The website was easy to navigate. Placing the order was very straight forward. And the software arrived 3 days later. My expectations were definitely met.

I ordered 25 Client Access Licenses for Windows Server Standard Edition. The certificate certainly looks official, but there are no serial numbers to reference what I purchased. It would have been nice to have had some explanation with the document.

I received my Adobe Acrobat Professional 8 Upgrade in a shrink-wrapped retail box, exactly what I wanted and expected. The price was the lowest I could find from the 4 and 5-star rated sites. Expedited delivery took 3 days, a bit on the slow side. I will probably go with free shipping the next time and save the $10.
