Excellent service for us for more than 2 straight years!

I have been ordering from here for more than 2 years now on a bi- monthly basis at least $200.00 and more of vitamins, and always been very satisfied with the service. Ocassionally there is a back order on one of my products, but that one is hard to come by anywhere. So I never wait to last minute to order that particular product. My order always arrives within 3 - 5 days with no speical delivery service added.

Delivery was within 4 days, order was perfect condition. After five years of insominia I can now sleep again. My husband and about a half dozen friend had started using it as well. Help depression, sleep problems, my migraines. I cannot recommend it enough.
I have not purchased five times from them, the last three shipments was for multiple bottles, and I have no complaints what so ever. Going to play my sixth order now. |

This was my first time buying from Total Health. Horrible company to deal with! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I ordered from Canada and when I placed my order, the shipping charge was $6.95. Then e-mail come advising that ADDITIONAl $30.50 was charged through my credit card. I e-mailed back and did not get a response. The package come a day later via regular postal service. The package was only 2 lbs. I called the comapany demanding that they return $30.50 and spoke to the president of the company. He was very rude and said that people just get use to pay huge shipping costs and refused to refund the money. If this happens to you go through your credit card company and dispute the charges. That's what I am doing now. I should have checked this site before buying. Save your money and buy from other company.

I ordered from this company, Total Health Discount Vitamin Superstore a product that was 20% less in what I have paid many times elsewhere. Then there was free shipping with the volume of my purchase. My order came ‘priority’ mail - right away - great price great service. After ordering I saw this website with terrible comments - then was afraid my order would be a mistake - well - this company Total Health Discount Vitamin Superstore has great prices for great products- I got free priority shipping and so this company will continue to get our business - good news is unfortunately not as reactive as complaining – so I made a decision if my service was even ok – for the good price I would make a comment – excellent is better than good- and we got excellence.

Horrible, horrible to deal with. No confirmation email. No tracking number. Took 10 days to ship. (Obviously, didn't have it in stock.) Overcharged for shipping. I called up when order didn't show. Was very rude, and didn't seem to care at all about trying to make things right. Swore he sent me confirm email and tracking number. No way. I asked him to send me an email while we were on the phone. That came through. Was supposed to ship UPS. Shipped USPS. Sent to wrong address. I did get the item I ordered at least. Hey "Wally", get your act together if you want to do repeat business. Beware of this vendor.

Similar to everone else who complained..
Very bad website, placed an order, and waited, and never received anything after a week. Called they asked me to sign some credit card form. It was a big mess, signed that form, and went through the hassle of scanning and faxing. Waited another 2 days and nothing was shipped,, at the end they told me that they are waiting on the product.. Very bad.. And waste of time.. |

After placing order I waited for 5 days and they still had not shipped. All items showed in stock. I called and they said one item was not in stock but it would be early tomorrow am and it would ship out in pm. Waited another day and called back and they said I should know that shipping takes at least 2 to 5 days and that it was plainly stated on their website. My items still had not shipped and they were curt so I cancelled my order. Would not ever order from them again.

Bad vendor! Ordered just under $300 worth of supplements on 8/13/07. Received e-mail on 8/16 that they were changing suppliers and to allow 5-7 business days to receive order. One item out of the 7 ordered received on 8/24 with invoice stating that "Your order is now complete." Immediately contacted them by e-mail to request status of rest of order, which was then shipped on 8/27. Order received 8/29 but vendor had substituted non-Kosher, non-vegetarian supplement with many fillers for simple 4-ingredient vegetarian capsule I had been using and said it was the SAME PRODUCT! Wrote several e-mails requesting return instructions. They refused, stating I must telephone them! Am extremely hard of hearing and rarely use the phone, which I told them, but have had no further communication from them. Am out hundreds of dollars for products I won't use.

Extremely poor rather total lacking customer service. Website showed "In-Stock", 1 week later, still not shipped. Every time I called was told that "It is shipping today". Upon my persistent inquiry as to why 1 week since placing online order and no signs of shipment, the customer service person put me on-hold. Another person comes back and was extremely rude, screaming abusive language and hung-up. I called back and the next customer service person said, "it is shipping today" (they have been saying it for the last 4 days). When asked for the store Manager, was told he is not in and there is no one else I can speak to. When I asked to cancel my order, was told that it is not possible, now. I am calling my credit card company to dispute the payment. STAY AWAY. Pay slightly more and order with a legitimate and reliable seller as Total Discount Vitamins is not one of them. In many years of online shopping, this is by far the worst experience EVER...!!!

If you have all the time in the world to wait for your vitamins and don't mind them not returning your emails then this is the vitamin company for you. Otherwise, best to stick with vitacost. Ordered on May 6th, received on May 18th. Problem is that they didn't even ship the order until the 16th. I wrote an email on the 14th after seeing on the website that the order hadn't been processed, still no response.

Ordered from Total Health 3 or 4 times now with no problems. The first time, I was a little sketched out as one product I ordered was apparently out of stock and the order took longer to come in than it should have. When it finally arrived, it was sans that product, but with a note explaining that it was out of stock. Everything else has always arrived within a normal delivery frame and is the same packaging as the ones I would purchase from my Chiropractor for 10% more. I try to consolidate to avoid shipping costs and the additional 10% coupons are nice, but few and far between. They need to send more.

Received an email from "them" telling me that my order would be delayed. Unfortunately, I didn't place an order. Seems like a definite "phishing" scheme to me. Don't send this or any company important documents like your card info or personal info.

I placed an order through their web site, giving card info and delivery instructions. Two days later I received an email requesting me to fill out a form, photocopy my credit card and fax the information to them. I cancelled my order. It too them 3 more days to verify that the order was in fact cancelled. To me it looks like someone in the company is phising.

Terrible. Was not informed that product was out of stock until I e-mailed to request shipment (12 days after order taken). Then rec'd e-mail days later notifying re: out of stock from mfr. However, the product remains on the website and THDV is also an Amazon.com seller, so amazon clicks to that site for the product in question.

Bad customer service. The items I ordered were not in stock so I called to cancel. The first woman put me on hold for 15 minutes and hung up. Called back and a man put me on hold for 25 minutes. Are they using sticky notes to keep track of orders?

Terrible experience with these yo-yo's. Two weeks after ordering the shipment hadn't arrived. On-line shipment tracking didn't work. Multiple phone calls required; left on hold for 5-10 minutes at a time; transferred repeatedly to "someone who can help you". Finally was told that the shipment was backordered. When I said I should have been promptly notified about that the guy became argumentative. Unbelievable.
