After conducting extensive research, I decided to give these products a try. But first I wanted to talk with a sales agent so I called Thymusking one morning while on break. The agent I spoke with was honest, kind, courteous, efficient and very knowledgeable. I tried to place the order on the phone, but the agent suggested I "sleep on it" before committing to a purchase. What a pleasant surprise. A hair loss company that did not want to take my money! I waited 2 days and ordered on-line. The order I received the next day was accurate and packed as though it were being shipped to Mars (Thanks)! I am a very satisfied customer with the results I have seen to date. I will continue to use as directed and discontinue use after 12 to 18 months.
