When I ordered two smart reels over the internet, I made a mistake in the shipping address. I inserted my shipping address as the billing address. I tried to contact your company several times by phone. I sent email twice. Finaly I receive two response and they just said that they corrected the shipping address, but never stated the corrected address to confirm that they had. They were very slow in responding. Aparently they felt comfortable that they had the situation corrected but failed to realize that the customer position in not realizing that the shiping address was corrected. Very poor customer relations. Sorry about that. Otherwise your company was easy to order and I will do so again in the future. I know the product was received, but I don't know what condition it was in, since it is 1500 miles from my billing address. The product was ship to my summer home in Nantucket. My maintenance person put it in the garage.

Great delivery time. Loved the FREE shipping considering it was a metal hose reel. Price of product was well within others who offered this product but without the FREE shipping. The product itself is excellent. Wish I would have bought this more expensive one the first time and not wasted the money on the TWO different plastic ones (purchased at a local garden center) that lasted only about a year each.

The product does what it says. The instructions for assembling the product are great. Obviously been written by people who speak English well. Pictures accompany written instructions at each step. All manufacturers of "some assembly required" products should take a look at how assembly instructions should be produced.
