Ordered a phone but accessories were damaged.  Made 3 phone calls and sent 3 emails.  Phone calls-Support said to take pictures of damaged items and email them. Did that 3 different occasions.  No response.  No accessories. No refund.  What I lost in damaged goods ended up costing more than if I had purchased phone from a more expensive, but reputable dealer.

I had a problem with a phone I ordered and was initially concerned that they did not have a phone number to call. I used their web form to submit a claim on the defective product and asked for alternatives. They answered my email within 4 hours AND pointed out a similar product that was better in quality and not prone to be defective and even sent me a URL link to it. In short, they were a pleasure to do business with.

I purchased a bluetooth. The purchase process was very user-friendly and the price was the best I found. The product arrived quickly but was faulty. I have asked to return the model , but they have asked me to keep the bluetooth and they reshipped me a new one .. I did not say NO :)

This company has the quickest customer service response time I have ever seen. I was very impressed with the shipping process, I received my packages exactly when they said it would be delivered and the delivery time was quick. Ordering online was not a problem. Their prices were far better than other online vendors. Shipping added a considerable amount to order . However, was still the best price. Shipping took a while but worked out ok. I was not in a hurry to recieve product. There was adequate communication via email.

I ordered an unlocked Nokia 5610 XpressMusic phone from TimTechs. Delivery was prompt even though the phone was shipped from Hong Kong. The 512MB microSD card was missing from the box. Placed a phone call to customer service and received it in a weeks time.
Also, the phone sent out was not a US version of Nokia 5610 but a version sold in Hong Kong (box had Chinese and English on it). The web site should have been more specific as to whether US version would be shipped.
Overall, TimTechs had a great price and the phone itself works fine. I would have been happier if the web site had clearly specified if the phone was US/international versions.

I really enjoyed shopping at your web site (store). I discovered your web site over the net and I had some doubt but when I decided to order my phones was impressed and had and enjoyable experience. Everything was perfect. I really like my phones, and the delivery speed was amazing before 10H30 AM. And I really liked talking with your customer service( real people not an answering machine) when I had some problem about my billing address and...You guys are doing a great job.Since I am talking with my friends, and recommend them to visit your site. It was very easy to order the item. Customer service was very quick to respond to my presales question. The only issue I had is that when you look at the item it states 1-2 business days to recieve the item; however, when you order it took 4 days to recieve.

I found my timtechs shopping experience to be very satisfactory. They shipped the product very promptly and furnished a tracking number for the package as well as a link to the carrier which delivered the product. The product arrived well-packaged and in new condition with no damage whatsoever to the manufacturers packaging. The only downside here is that my product was shipped from HK.. whatever.. as long as it arrived on time :)
