Pros: Good sound, good quality video up conversion, easy setup, good build quality.

Cons: Needs 1 more video input to be truly outstanding.

The Bottom Line: Shop around if you must, make this the last thing you compare. Recommend !!

Do Not Buy a Denon....

Pros: Sounded good.....when it worked.

Cons: Obviously, Chinese construction is inferior.

Review: This unit replaces a Denon 1602 which lasted only 3 yrs. and is now in the repair shop. The 1705 lasted only 3 months and now does not work at all. Fortunately, Crutchfield is a fantastic company and sent me a replacement 1705. I don't have much faith in ...
