Imagine having the same burner system used in the nation's top steak houses in your grill. The ceramic infrared burners preheat to over 1,000°F in less than four minutes. This intense heat quickly seals in succulent juices and encapsulates natural flavors. Most Alfresco grills are available with the exclusive hybrid infrared Sear Zone, which replaces one of the standard U-burners with the intense searing heat of a direct-fired ceramic infrared burner. Together with a specially-designed stainless steel searing grate (which traps juices and flavor), the Sear Zone adds tremendous versatility to the grill and adds another dimension to your gourmet cooking experience.
