These professional condenser microphones for studio recording and live applications have all the big-time features packed in an extremely compact form factor. The C-2s utilize a low-mass diaphragm for ultra-wide frequency response and ultimate sound reproduction and their inconspicuous size makes them perfect for acoustic instruments, overhead applications, pianos and similar. The cardioid pickup pattern effectively eliminates feedback, plus there is switchable low frequency roll-off and -10 dB input attenuation. good for acoustic guitar

Pros: cheap, good on acoustic guitar

Cons: horrible as drum overheads

Review: I've been amateur recording for about 10 years and bought a pair of these just to have a listen and they arent too bad for the price. The X-Y bar is also very useful. They sound nice on an acoustic guitar and okay for most everything else I tried. ...

Pros: Inexpensive, compact size, well-built.

Cons: Lacking in presence. Better suited for "bright" instruments.

Review: Got a pair of these recently and really can't complain, especially considering their cost. Also, because of their cost, it's really not fair to compare them to true "professional" mics. Behringer would have been more truthful had they left "Professional" ...
