Pros: Informative, easy to read, some interesting insights into Arnie's pre-Terminator fame.

Cons: None really, although people serious about bodybuilding will likely need something more in depth.

The Bottom Line: A useful handbook for (male) bodybuilders, although nearly 30 years old. Interesting view of Arnold's early years and his swift rise to fame. Contains workout programs.
