smoked turkey make it at home

Pros: the smoked food tastes so good

Cons: it takes a long time to smoke a large piece of meat

The Bottom Line: I would recommend the Brinkmann smoker to anyone who likes to try different cooking methods and tastes.

Great little smoker

Pros: CHEAP!! Easy to operate, great end-result.

Cons: Hard to get to the charcoal pan to add more when needed.

The Bottom Line: Absolutely buy this guy if you're just starting out. You will find it easy to use and well worth the price paid.
