Does Not Support Asian Characters

Pros: Ok if you are working only in English.

Cons: Do not consider purchasing this NAS if you think outside of English. Showstoper.

Horrible Product, Worst Customer Service

Cons: Difficult to configure, unreliable, RAID does not work, poor customer service

The Bottom Line: Stay away from Buffalo NAS - it does not work, it fails, it does not recover, and their customer service is the worst.
