The 2.0 GHz Dual Core Opetron™ 2212 Processor from Dell™ is designed to enhance the performance and the speed of your server. The Dual Core Opteron processor enables simultaneous 32- and 64-bit computing and features Direct Connect Architecture. The processor is designed to run existing 32-bit applications with outstanding performance and offers customers a simplified migration path to 64-bit computing. The Integrated DDR2 Memory Controller enhances application performance by dramatically minimizing memory latency.
