This thinline guitar''s semi-acoustic design uses a solid center block and hollow ''wings'''' to give it the fat, mellow tone of a jazz guitar and the sustain of a solidbody. Features an arched maple top, back, rim, and laminated maple neck; gold hardware; multiple bound body, neck, peghead, and F-holes; vine inlay on peghead with mother-of-pearl and abalone fingerboard inlays. Includes 2 humbuckers pickups and separate tone and volume controls. Limited lifetime warranty. Minimize

Looks like an ES-335, but Not

Pros: Very nice feature set and looks for the price

Cons: Not an good ES-335 type if that's what you want

The Bottom Line: It's a fine semi-solid with it's own voice, worth a look.

Review: The Sheraton II has an interesting lineage, as it was, in fact, a Gibson made guitar in the 50's (after the company was sold to Gibson) and introduced at the same time as the ES-335. One of the primary differences was that it came with mini-humbuckers. ...

Epiphone Sheraton II: A Rare Gem When It Comes To Jazz

Pros: Amazing Looks, Amazing Sound, Construction Quality, Price, Etc...

Cons: None For This One!

The Bottom Line: The Epiphone Sheraton II is one of the greatest jazz guitars that I've ever seen. This in fact is a rare gem.

Review: I don't really play jazz guitars, and I'm not into jazz too much... However, at times I do appreciate listening to some nice quiet tunes, and I've always been impressed with the sound of semi-hollow body jazz guitars. A lot of the guitars that I've seen...
