Pros: Knocks out both Gram negative and Gram positive bacteria. Inexpensive. Available without prescription

Cons: Some may be allergic to Neosporin

The Bottom Line: A good antibiotic ointment that is available over the counter at a modest price.

Neosporin First Aid Ointment: Triple Antibiotics!

Pros: Prevents infections, over the counter medication.

Cons: None.

The Bottom Line: Great item for your first aid kit to prevent infection in wounds.
