This 48" cooktop from FiveStar has six powerful sealed surface burners, a griddle, optional BBQ grill, 5" stainless steel backguard, standard 24" depth and lots more features. The six surface burners each have 14,000 BTU of power (with natural gas; 12,000 with propane), and include easy-to-read extra-large knob controls with Push-to-Turn safety feature built in. Each burner has a heavy-duty porcelain-covered cast iron burner grate. The commercial-style griddle is thermostatically controlled, so you can cook like the pros.
