The FinePix S5100 offers mid-level digital photographer 4.0 million pixels combined with both point-and-shoot simplicity as well as a more advanced manual feature set including continuous shooting, continuous auto-focus, shutter priority and aperture priority modes. This model offers a 10x optical and 3.6x digital zoom capability, the longest in Fujifilms consumer category. In addition, the FinePix S5100 can capture VGA video clips at a rate of 30 frames/second, with sound, and can capture RAW format files. Minimize

Great camera, able to keep up with my 2 year old twins!!

Pros: Great photos, perfect button positioning, fast warm up, shutter speeds, manual options, easily download photos.

Cons: Battery life is short, no AC adapter, not much else.

The Bottom Line: I recommend this camera for anyone taking photos regularly, it is easy enough to point and shoot, and manual settings for a more matured photographer. This camera is sheer value.

Pros: Ergonomic design and handling, 10x zoom, wide range of user controls.

Cons: Small LCD, questionable battery life and prone to noisy pictures.

The Bottom Line: A great camera with a wide feature-set for beginner or enthusiast alike that is easy to use, handles extremely well and that takes excellent quality photos.
