Cute Little $30 System: GPX iLive Portable Music System with iPod Dock

Pros: Great sound; cute; compact size; works with many iPod models; charges iPod; backlit clock feature

Cons: No remote control; DC power requires a ton of batteries; cheap adapters; made in China

The Bottom Line: It'll be hard for you to find a unit this compact, cute and functional with great sound in the $30 price range.

Pros: Great sound quality, easy to use, looks sleek, charges iPod while using

Cons: Doesn't display clock when using radio function; pause button stops play

The Bottom Line: Terrific sound, easy to use. I like having this in my office, it's small and portable. At under $30, it was a great value!
