Pros: No Pros to write about
Cons: Several Cons, Dented product, did not freeze, did not response customer service
The Bottom Line: Do not order this product, damaged when shipped, did not freeze, check reviews and listen to them.  It may work if you did not have to have it shipped.
Review: It seems I do read reviews but I do not always listen to what they say or recommend.  I was in need of a small chest freezer since I do a lot of baking and making goodies for friends and family.  So I thought a nice small freezer would help ...
