This washer utilizes a horizontal axis drum (frontloading design), which offers significant advantages over conventional top load washers. Great washer for apartment dwellers

Pros: quiet, cleans clothes well, portable, easily hooks up to sink

Cons: none so far!

The Bottom Line: For a small, affordable washer in an apartment without washer/dryer hookups, you can't go wrong.
