Pros: Good value for price.
Not overly noisy.
Looks good.

Cons: No humidistat.
Requires replacement pads to cover heater element.

The Bottom Line: Based on our reading of many reviews for many models, we have been lucky to find this HCM-330. We would support buying this unit.

Review: At the risk of jinxing our unit, we have been very satisfied with it during the first complete week of operation. We found it on sale at Home Depot after a difficult search. Apparently, stock is best for these in the Fall rather than early ...

Pros: Stainless steel heater; streamlined look.

Cons: Extremely difficult to refill; difficult to twist tank cap tightly close; confusing cleaning instructions

The Bottom Line: Don't get it, instead, look for one with two handles (top and bottom) and well designed tank cap.
