Lighted power window switches and a battery-saver feature top 2003s short list of additions to Hyundais compact sedan. Sonata offers base, GLS, and LX models. Base models offer a 4-cyl engine or a V6. GLS and LX come with the V6. Manual transmission is standard with both engines; the optional automatic has a manual shift gate. Front side airbags are standard. GLS and LX have standard 4-wheel disc brakes; ABS is optional on all models. Optional traction control is exclusive to GLS and LX. Minimize

Sonata GLS - What a surprise!

Pros: Roomy, big trunk, comfortable, great warranty

Cons: I personally don't like 4 door cars.

The Bottom Line: If you are looking for a new car to purchase, give the Sonata a look.

'03 Sonata a pleaser.

Pros: A lot of car for the money- well equipped, smooth ride, good fit/finish.

Cons: styling a bit derivative. could use a sport package

The Bottom Line: I recommend this mid-level luxury sedan for its exceptional value. The most car for the money in its class.
