Pros: Good cost effective

Cons: solfware can be "buggy" firmware update caused my robot to go "crazy"

Review: Excellent value for the $$ but has a few bugs, if your dvd's need to be done in a mission critical situation, you may need a better machine, Sometimes it will print or burn but not both at the same time as it is suppose to do. Tech support can be great , ...
