Pros: Good looks, good performance, durability
Cons: I wish I could get cast knobs for this unit.
These are plastic.
The Bottom Line: Our cooktop gets a lot of heavy use.  Cast iron, large pots of water, long (overnight) cooktimes. All it really needs is cast metal knobs to make it perfect.
