best bang for the buck

Pros: great natural voices, even percussion keeps it's timbre.

Cons: not going to image like a thousand dollar pair...... but close.

The Bottom Line: 2 thumbs way up, not gonna do better for less tha 4-5 hundred, and the only in a bookshelf with less base.

Review: serious sound for the price. klh makes some not so good speakers, they cost 20-40 dollars a pair. they make some decent stuff, sort of hit and miss. stay away from the big box klh speakers. this model is the best klh model for some time. go and compare. ...

Good to Great sounding inexpensive speakers!

Pros: Great highs and bass reproduction. Good quality cabinets.

Cons: Lacking somewhat in midrange.
