I love this thing!

Pros: Quiet, cleans very well, stylish, easy to load and unload

Cons: No cycle indicator, pricey.

The Bottom Line: Take your time with the installation and this machine will last forever.

It took 16 months to get this machine to work

Pros: The two drawer concept is nice - can save energy. Quiet. Two year warranty.

Cons: KitchenAid and Sears customer service - took over 15 months to get the unit working.

The Bottom Line: Don't buy it from Sears, buy it from someone who can service it.
