Definitely good at reducing noise, just wish they had bass...

Pros: Great noise reduction, volume knob on ear, dont feel cheap or flimsy

Cons: 40hz on low end... wish they went lower so they had bass

The Bottom Line: Great set of headphones if your not a bass junkie. Saves your ears and reproduces 40hz and up with great clarity.

Heavy, but Effective

Pros: Nice sound in mids and highs; they cancel out sound superbly; external volume; coiled chord.

Cons: Too heavy; occasional failure; useless stereo/mono switch; indoor-only; mediocre bass.

The Bottom Line: I would recommend these headphones only for indoor use. They are great for blocking out noise at home or, say, on a plane. They might be too heavy for some.
