NEVER BUY LG

Pros: None

Cons: Foreign company Expensive Too many problems. Very little concern for the customer experience.

The Bottom Line: LG do not provide an clear understanding of the American customer. Stay away from them.

Review: This company is not an American company and does not understand how to do business here. They sold me a dryer for propane installation but would not sell me the conversion kit. Instead I had to have a certified company order the kit for installation. ...

Cons: washer and dryer are junk. Neither works well, product lasted only 2 yrs.

Review: If you are considering purchasing an LG washer and Dryer, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!. Mine are just shy of 2 years old and the dryer seam on the drum split at the weld. The Washer sounds like a military jet taking off. We Think the bearings are shot. I paid ...
