Not a durable product for the price

Pros: The setting that cycles it every once in a while to keep clothes from wrinkling.
Cons: A $700 dryer should last more than 2 years!
Review: Our dryer is now 26 months old. We just had a service call on it today, and we have a cracked drum, which needs to be replaced at a cost of $350 including parts and labor (we paid $699 new). The repair guy says he perceives this to be a very common ...
