Cons: *Mentioning peoples ages...very small con though
The Bottom Line: I love walking to the Leslie Sansone videos and the 4 mile Super Challenge is a great 60 minute workout.

Pros: You will burn lots of calories! Easy to do, leader and group is motivating
Cons: You need room to do the workout well
The Bottom Line: If you are looking to burn calories and see 60 minutes go by quickly this is for you.
Review: This is the first dvd I've bought from Leslie Sansone. I paid $14.99 for it at Fred Meyer. It is one of my favorite workouts now. It is 60 minutes long and you walk a fast 4 miles. It is very challenging even for me and I've been working out most of ...
