A fantastic kart racer for the Dreamcast!

Pros: Great use of license; familiar characters; wonderful animation

Cons: Frame rate takes a dive in multiplayer mode!

The Bottom Line: The framerate issues in multiplayer mode are annoying, but this is a very solid title overall.

Pros: Beautiful graphics. Tons of fun!

Cons: Sluggish controls.
