Nice product.... when it works :(

Pros: Easy to use. Renders video quickly. HD compatible.

Cons: Terrible customer support. Video capture hangs up constantly.

Review: I use this product to transfer HI-8 camcorder video and TV shows from my HD-DVR onto my laptop. Usually the software will hang during capture. It will stop capturing the video but continue capturing audio prompting me to stop the capture and restart the ...
