Room For Improvement

Pros: Thorough Skype access and account management. Uses rechargeable aaa batteries.

Cons: No basic phone features, relies completely on Skype. Expensive.

The Bottom Line: Too much money to invest in a service that doesn't always work and ignores support requests if there's a problem
