Pros: The sound/video is great! Enough audio/video jacks to run Xbox/PS2/surround sound plus more.

Sony's service leaves much to be desired!

Pros: When it worked, the picture quality was good.
Cons: The television broke, and the "Sony" customer service is terrible.
