Pros: Quick, Fun to Drive, Warranty, Price, Features
Cons: Trunk Release Button would be nice, Alarm is Weak
The Bottom Line: If you want a lot of value for the money, buy the Elantra! You can't get more for less!
Review: I sell cars for a living, and enjoy driving many demos to and from work. Although I may wish to drive an Escalade or Expedition on my numerous trips to family members scattered on the East Coast, it is strictly forbidden by company policy. Our demos are ...

Pros: looks, handling, power features, interior design, price, warranty
Cons: road noise, paint
The Bottom Line: Buy this car! You won't regret your purchase.
Review: I have been nothing, but happy with this car. It looks beautiful from the outside - many people have remarked that it looks as nice as much higher end cars, and in my opinion it is the most distinctive in it's class... Much more attractive than a Civic ...

Pros: Nice touches and good handling, like a luxury car, but tiny amount of $$.
Cons: Needed ABS and CD stereo as standard equipment, not options.
The Bottom Line: I would recommend this highly for anyone who needs reliable and cheap transport, with some nice little touches. Good for Mom with Kids, Granny and First Car Owners.
Review: This car was purchased for about $12k. This was sort of a quickie buy- we had been looking at vehicles for several weeks, so we knew what we liked, but weren't really prepared to fork out $40k+/- for a Honda CRV and a Honda Element. We found ourselves ...

Pros: Smooth, GREAT value, fabulous features
Cons: NONE that I can think of....
The Bottom Line: I LOVE this car!!
Review: I traded in my 2002 Kia Sportage for the Hyndai Elantra about 3 months ago, and I love it so far! Buying the car I got rid of my Kia for many reasons. I had lots of problems with it, and I knew that, for what I was paying for it, I could do ...

Pros: Reliability, value, fuel economy, ride, quietness, style.
Cons: The seats could be more comfortable for larger people.
The Bottom Line: This car gives great fuel economy, a quiet and smooth ride, and total reliability.
Review: Great value. I bought this car new for my wife and it has been totally reliable. We have not had to take it back to the dealer even once since new and it now has 55k miles on it. How many American and even Japanese car owners can say that? We have ...

Pros: price, features, colors, standard equipment, power equipment
Cons: lack of power seat
The Bottom Line: Anyone who is interested in a reliable and smaller sedan with great fuel mileage and loads of standard equipment should buy an Elantra.
Review: In November of 2004 I traded in my old Ford and bought a brand new 2005 Hyundai Elantra. I selected the moonlit blue Elantra GLS with automatic transmission, floormats and no other options. I extremely enjoy the color of the car because it looks like it ...

|
Pros: Decent Acceleration, Interior, Room.
Cons: Shifter, Same engine specs as GLS model, no 2 door model.
The Bottom Line: The Elantra GT is a decent automobile that should be considered if you are on the market for a new economy car.
Review: When I drove the current version of the Elantra back in 2002 I was impressed with how refined this sedan had become since its introduction in 1992. Unlike the pre 2001 models, I found the new Elantra to be a worthy competitor against its more ...

Pros: Nimble handling; comfy seats; great fuel economy; cool colours; great frontal visibility; safe
Cons: Boring console; marginal headroom in back; small pedals;
The Bottom Line: A neat little car with good performance, quality build, comfort, great fuel economy, and a satisfying ride.
Review: I don't own an Elantra, and yet after one was lent to us by our insurance company after my wife was bumped into by another driver, I felt like writing my opinion (actually, 'e'pinion) about it. I remember the 'good ol' days' when Hyundai was ...

Pros: Good little car for the cheap price
Cons: No ability to buy custom stereo for install
The Bottom Line: If you need to buy a cheap car with an excellent warranty then this is the car for you. It's not flashy, but it gets the job done.
Review: If you had told me ten years ago that I would one day drive a Hyundai Elantra I would have laughed in your face. You see, in 1994 I had the misfortune to by a Hyundai Elantra that was such a mess that after only two years I had to get a brand new ...

Pros: Price, Power, Handling. Dealer seems genuinely interested in providing service.
Cons: Could get better mileage. Road noise. Lots of inspections to maintain the warranty.
The Bottom Line: Car only has 21K on it but so far I would buy another.
Review: So far I really like this car. It runs great and climbs hills better than a couple 6 cylinders I've driven. It seems to do very well in the snow though I haven't busted any real drifts with it yet. It has tow hooks front and back. It has several nice ...
