by   SilverTab ,  Jul 24, 2006
Pros: Works flawlessly with XP Media Center.
Cons: Will cause you to hate ATI if you try to use ATI Multimedia Center.
Review: Here's the main thing you have to remember about using this card: Do NOT use ATI's software. ...at all. Media Center will take care of all the details. I have a dual tuner setup with a TV Wonder Elite, and it works beautifully. I had the same ...

Black Magic

by   oldee ,  Jan 15, 2006
Pros: Great pix and TV video capture.
Cons: Crummy software updates. Google TV Wonder and read on.
Review: When you fight it a while, it works fairly good. TV pix is great. Software can be unstable. I stopped the "Hang" problem by disabling the Hyper Threading feature of my Pentium 4. Found this work around on the net. In summary, if you get it running on ...

I wouldn't buy it again

by   sternfahrer ,  Oct 11, 2006
Pros: fast, high resolutions
Cons: TV functions not properly
Review: The TV function freezes the whole operation system randomly, it forces you to reboot. Same issue with Bejeweled 2.0 Deluxe, but here it freezes every time, usually after 5-6 min. The upgrade to the latest drivers from ATI ( version 9)doesn't make ...

An absolute waste of money

Pros: none

TV function doesn't work, driver install the biggest pain ever.

by   dobs47 ,  Dec 19, 2007
Pros: No pros
Cons: TV function fails to initialize. This is supposed to be a TV card, damn it!
Review: I've never had such a hell of a time installing software drivers in my life. The crappy part is, I've spent a whole day with this thing, all the latest drivers, etc, and no luck getting the TV function to work. I bought the damn thing for the TV ...
