Pros: Time tested no frills design. Does not require AC power to operate.
Cons: Somewhat heavy handset. No LCD display.
The Bottom Line: Great telephone for people who don't need many features with their telephone, but require a proven, time-tested design.
Review: The AT&T Trimline 210 is a very basic telephone. It appeals to those who need a simple, no frills telephone for the home or workplace. The most advanced feature the telephone offers is the ability to store 10 telephone numbers into memory. The 210 ...

AT&T 210BLK Trimline Telephone - No Fancy Features, But Basics Work Well |
|||
|
Pros: Excellent sound quality, all basic features work well, durable construction
Cons: Handset could be better designed and be lighter
The Bottom Line: I highly recommend this phone as a second phone or if you dont need fancy features (Caller ID, built-in answering machine, etc).
Review: It is a good idea to have a corded phone in addition to a cordless one the cordless phone will not work in case of the power outage. Because of this, I got this AT&T Trimline phone in black color.

AT&T 210 Trimline Telephone With Memory Dialing - Excellent Sound and Durability |
|||
|
Pros: Excellent sound quality, durability, low price, backlit keypad, features for the price
Cons: Heavy handset, difficult to say if it is "on the hook"
The Bottom Line: At such a low price, I highly recommend this phone as a second phone or if you dont need fancy features like Caller ID or ...
Review: I got this phone for $10 in addition to my Panasonic cordless phone, because the cordless phone will not work in case of the power outage. Also, I needed two phones but had no need for two cordless ones. And the price of just $10 seemed like a bargain....

Pros: simplistic phone, sounds great, blacklight
Cons: nothing fancy (caller ID, answering machine)
The Bottom Line: Another terrific phone I bought at a cheap price.
Review: My family and I used this phone before we had Caller ID. We didn't need an answering machine on this phone. This phone was used in a hallway by my room. This phone is great for people that don't need an answering machine or Caller ID. I bought it a few ...

Pros: Durable.
Cons: No HOLD button.
The Bottom Line: Made with quality I trust.
Review: I have several phones in the house and am always changing phones to suit my personal needs. The reason for buying this phone is that it can go on the wall jack or just lay on the bed with a line cord and move it around to suit my needs. Placing it on the ...

Pros: Inexpensive.
Cons: None.
Review: Wanted an inexpensive phone with few features. I have bought many phones loaded with features that only killed its operation latter. I also wanted a phone that would seat the handset. Most inexpensive phone have a poorly designed handset that doesn't ...

Old Reliable POTS.

|
Pros: Strong quality performance and long service life in a lighter weight.
Cons: The cord makes drops from tables inevitable - resistance is futile.
The Bottom Line: Get a 210. It's as close as you will get to the reliability experienced in the last century with rotary dialed (pulse) phones.
Review: POTS? Have I been smokin' or doing the dishes? Not hardly, that refers to Plain Old Telephone Service - something that has been reliable as dirt for longer than I've been around. I have to wonder where most of those old rotary phones ended up with their ...

|
Pros: Great value, privacy feature, backlighting
Cons: Button failure (probably a lemon though), it's a corded phone
The Bottom Line: If you're looking for a basic phone for a bedroom that is small but is packed with lots of features, this is definitely one to consider.
Review: I recently began college in Pennsylvania. Of course, to be able to keep in touch with family and friends without having to pay a ton of money for a monthly cell phone plan, I needed to purchase a phone for my dorm room. Initially, I had thought about bu ...

AT&T Trimline 210 Corded Phone - Power out? Who ya gonna call?
by

May 13, 2006
|

|
Pros: Desk or wall mountable, works when the power is out, hearing aid compatible.
Cons: Even on high the ringer isn't very loud, short cords.
The Bottom Line: During a power outage it's nice to have!
Review: I hate corded phones. It seems that the cord, no matter how long, is always shorter than I need it to be. I end up trapped near the phone so I can't keep an eye on my sons, or anything else for that matter. Plus, it is constantly getting tangled around ...
