Know your Big Game

Pros: Robust, smooth casting when standard, comfortable handle.
Cons: Small line capacity limits usage and fish species.
The Bottom Line: A good reel if you know the purpose for using it. I will only recommend it to collectors of ABu reels or if the reel fits the intended usage.
Review: The ABu Ambassadeur Big Game series are a venerable offering from this Swedish make. They have recently reintroduce this line up, but I have yet to have one. The one that I have for the past couple of years is a 7000 Big Game, a second hand purchase ...
