A great add-on for Macs

by   ethnosax ,  Mar 21, 2007
Pros: Great look, good bluetooth, good tracking
Cons: Right-click is awkward
The Bottom Line: For people new to a mouse, this is a great one to use. It goes really well with any newer (i.e., Intel, running 10.4) Mac.
Review: My computing background: I've been a Mac user since 1994. For most of those years, I used laptops rather than desktops. Because I actually kind of like the trackpad on Apple laptops, I never even looked around at mouse possibilities. ...

The perfect accompaniment for my Mac Mini media centre

by   Eutek ,  Jan 5, 2007
Pros: Sleek, minimalist design, great tactile feel and tracking. Good range, easy install.
Cons: Pricier than your average mouse, but you get what you pay for.
The Bottom Line: As with most Apple products, a sleek, attractive design is coupled with great performance, ease of use and excellent quality control.
Review: I recently purchased a Mac Mini, which, as you probably are aware, comes with neither a keyboard, nor a mouse. Initially I did use a different mouse with the Mini, a Logitech infra-red model, however I was not overly satisfied with the results. In ...

Wireless Mice ROCK!

by   donfucious ,  Jun 17, 2005
Pros: CORDLESS! Easy to set up.
Cons: None.
Review: The sleek mouse that comes with Mac computers is now available (separately) in a WIRELESS version! It's a snap to set up and it works like a charm. Battery life seems okay. I've had it a bit under a month. I make sure I turn it off when I turn ...

This is one Mighty Mouse

by   stephp91883 ,  Mar 6, 2007
Pros: Sleek look with many functions
Cons: I haven't found any yet.
The Bottom Line: If your looking for a wireless mouse for your mac...this is the one
Review: There are many pluses when it comes to this mouse Apple has designed. First of all it matches all of my mac so that is nice! Second it is wireless and works seemlessly with the bluetooth of my macbook, and I am sure that goes with all bluetooth capable ...

Ralph "Pretty & Smart" Mouse

by   k2aizen ,  Jan 26, 2006
Pros: Bee-YOO-tiful. Accurate, specific, detail-oriented. WIRELESS. Easy to set-up.
Cons: Battery life, very slight lag, right-click functionality, OS compatibility.
The Bottom Line: Buy It. Or wait for the Mighty Mouse to come out in wireless form. {don't buy the Mighty Mouse, functionability issues} Buy rechargeable batteries.
Review: The Apple Wireless Mouse is a beautiful mouse; a veritable piece of art that is soothing to the touch. I have never felt more natural with another mouse, however, there are several drawbacks that the buyer must be aware of. I received this mouse, ...

Apple Wireless Mouse: Lovely to Look At, Painful to Hold

by   sarala ,  Dec 2, 2007
Pros: Sleek Simplistic Design, Pointing Accuracy, Universal, Bluetooth
Cons: Mac Only, Drains Battery Quickly, Lacks Scroll Button/Right Click, White Reflective Surfaces
The Bottom Line: While this beautiful device may be acceptable for casual use, its compromised long-term comfort makes it hard to recommend to average or heavy users.
Review: When purchasing my iMac over two years ago, I upgraded both inputting devices to the wireless versions. I wanted to take advantage of the built-in Bluetooth and was drawn to the freedom offered by eliminating cord clutter, freeing up USB ports and being ...
