$174 on sale . . . A must with twins!

by   amewagoner ,  Dec 20, 2006
Pros: Don't roll over your baby, a must have for twins, triplets, c-section . . .
Cons: Not quite as easy to travel with as a Pack 'N Play.
The Bottom Line: Great looking version. Convenient and beautiful.
Review: Price: The pricing on these vary, so please shop around. I got mine at Baby Universe. They do NOT charge shipping, so that saves a lot of money! I researched it by searching Google and then just looking at prices. It is more expensive to get the ...

A novel, awesome invention!

by   grotelu ,  Jun 8, 2003
Pros: Safe co-sleeping with baby
Cons: Bulky, hard to get out of bed
The Bottom Line: If you have decided to co-sleep with your baby, and you are worried about safety, this is the product for you.
Review: Peruse any parenting magazine, website, reference book these days and you'll find the question:

Where should my baby sleep?

In the parenting world, the debate over where the best place for an infant to call his bed rages on. On...

The perfect bed

by   mom-of-6 ,  Jul 23, 2007
Pros: Convenient; both me and baby slept better; safe
Cons: None
The Bottom Line: I highly recommend this product to anyone! 5 children have used mine!!
Review: I loved this, it was worth every penny. All three of my kids used this co-sleeper, as did two of my nephews. It sounds as though the first reviewer has many other issues if the baby is crying and screaming at all times, probably isn't the bed. You ...

A perfect bed

by   allredjag ,  Feb 27, 2000
Pros: closeness of baby, long term use
Cons: not convenient to use as a playyard and cosleeper at the same time
Review: I purchased the Armsreach Bedside Co-sleeper after seeing an advertisement in a magazine, then looking it up online. I went to a baby store to see it IRL before purchasing.

The Co-sleeper is very convenient, with comfortable padding for baby....

Baby Product I would recommend the most if baby sleeps in your room!

by   jessie29 ,  Apr 23, 2008
Pros: convenient for breastfeeding mother, great alternative to baby sleeping in bed, very secure
Cons: fabric can pill, cosleeper only useful attached on bed for about 5 months
The Bottom Line: Despite the negatives, I would recommend this product as a safe cosleeping alternative, it is wonderful to have your baby still at eye level, but not in your bed.
Review: I bought this when my daughter was about 4 months old because she was sleeping in our bed with us because I was breastfeeding her and it was just so much easier having her in bed with us. As she got older she was rolling all over and I always ended up ...

this is a lifesaver!!

by   marymellen ,  Feb 1, 2002
Pros: Allows baby to literally be at "arm's reach"!!
Cons: none
The Bottom Line: The most useful piece of baby equipment you can get
Review: I never expected to have a colicky baby. But that's exactly what I got. He would not sleep in his cradle so he slept in bed with me and my husband. I could never get a good night's (or day's) rest because I was worried about rolling over on him. I had...

"Wonderful Invention.....wish I had thought of it"

by   joyeux ,  Jun 1, 2000
Pros: Allows the baby to sleep close to you...not with you
Cons: A little difficult to assemble
Review: I purchased the Bedside Co-sleeper when my baby was just a few weeks old after hearing really great reviews about it. This is such a wonderful concept. The Co-sleeper is a bedside attachment that fits easily next to your bed allowing closeness as if...

My favorite piece of baby equipment so far!

by   lydia_rain ,  Jan 7, 2001
Pros: Convenient for nursing moms, converts to playpen
Cons: Pricey, not very easy to put together/attach to bed.
Review: I love my Arm's Reach Bedside Co-Sleeper! As first-time parents, my husband and I were nervous and reluctant to let our baby sleep far away in his own room. Once he outgrew the bassinet, I saw the Co-Sleeper in a catalog, then researched it on the...

Co-Sleeping Comfort

by   wifemommyteach ,  Mar 18, 2000
Pros: Convenient, easy, transformable, durable
Cons: heavy
Review: Before my son was born, I knew that I wanted to have a family bed. However, I was not sure that all of us would fit in our double bed, so I was shopping for a cradle to go near our bed when I ran across this. This was the best find I could have made!...

A Must Have Attachment Parenting Item

by   mteaches ,  Jan 1, 2000
Pros: Great for attachment parents. Stay in bed all night!
Cons: Higher than my bed, awkward to get in and out of bed
Review: When I saw the Arm's Reach co-sleeper, I knew it was right for our family. The co-sleeper functions much like a bassinet in the bedroom. EXCEPT that is attaches to your bed so that it is actually like a 3-sided extension to the bed.

I like...
