Pros: Excellent period music (1940s Big Band and swing, jazz) vintage costumes, and cinematography.
Cons: None.
The Bottom Line: As a second-generation American of Polish background, some of these recollections felt very close to home. This is a beautiful film that embraces family and tradition in turbulent times.
