Great performance after initial hiccups

Pros: -great cleaning performance once you have worked out the issues; quiet; affordable
Cons: -no internal heater; cumbersome installation; poorly written installation instructions; smaller loads than traditional washers
The Bottom Line: Great washer for those with smaller homes, narrower doors, and a love of front-loaders, but it requires some initial tweaking.
