Pros: Comfortable to use, easy to clean.
Cons: Long time to learn to use, long time to pump.
The Bottom Line: For pumping infrequently, need a back up or "at work" pump, or are not sure if pumping is for you, this is a comfortable, quality-made product.
Review: This breast pump definitely takes some time to learn to use, but after you learn to use it, it's really easy to use and clean and it's reasonably comfortable to use. I purchased this pump intending to go back to work part time, but I never did. My ...

Pros: Easy to use, comfortable, great price
Cons: None
The Bottom Line: I would absolutely recommend this pump. For the price, which is about the same as any other manual pump, you get a comfortable, easy-to-use pump that works very effectively.
Review: I had a Gerber manual pump with my first daughter. While it wasn't top-notch, I felt it was meeting my needs as I rarely ever pumped milk since my daughter wouldn't take a bottle. We just recently had our second child, and I've decided to start ...

Pros: Easy to use and clean. Affordably priced.
Cons: None!
The Bottom Line: Every nursing mother needs one of these.
Review: When it comes to choosing a manual pump, this is the gold standard. It's the one that almost always recommended if you visit any sites that discuss or give advice on breastfeeding. I'd have to agree. I bought this pump after my first son was born ...

Pros: Compact, Easy to Use, Comfortable, Quiet, Efficent at Expressing Milk
Cons: Small Pieces Get Lost Easily, Time Consuming to Clean
The Bottom Line: If you choose to pump occasionally and nurse occasionally, this is the pump for you.
Review: I purchased one of these pumps for my first child, and purchased ANOTHER for my second. The reason for owning two was because it takes a while to hand wash, sterilize, and put back together the pieces of the pump. And with a new baby at home, there ...

Pros: Comfortable, easy to travel with, pumps efficiently
Cons: Can take some getting used to
The Bottom Line: A comfortable, portable, easy to use manual pump that is great for the occasional pumper.
Review: I got the Avent Isis pump when I was pregnant with my daughter. I was planning on returning to work part time and there was the possibility of not having an appropriate place to pump because of a small office and lack of private space. I felt that a ...

The Bottom Line: Very easy to use, simple and fast. Highly recommend for stay home mommies!

Pros: convenient fast efficient easy not bulky... should I keep going?
Cons: dont forget the breastshield or it is a bit uncomfortable.
The Bottom Line: I highly recommend this pump. It is my favorite even with my double electric. Definately the best pump for the price.
Review: This pump was given to me as a gift with my fourth baby. Up till now I had used a Medela BreastEase for babies 1 and 2, and the Ameda Purely Yours for baby 3 and 4... well I don't remember the last time I used my electric pump, now I strictly use my ...

Pros: great milk output in short time, inexpensive, few parts
Cons: manual so hand could get tired
The Bottom Line: Loved this pump. It gave great milk output for me and didn't require staying in one spot. Highly recommend!
Review: When I had my first daughter and I had no idea how difficult breastfeeding could be. The first few days were so hard I though that she would never stop crying and that I would always be attached to her. So I thought I would try a breastpump so that ...
