Pros: The magnesium case they use to house the electronics in is strong and beefy.

Cons: The parts they use are of poor quality.

The Bottom Line: My recommendation is if you can get longer than a year warranty, then buy it. If not, avoid it. My unit's voice alert failed 13 months after date of purchase.
